Our Mission

To provide a physical and creative outlet through the game of baseball to at-risk and underprivileged youth around the world.

In 2015, Michael Brown and Chris Howell dreamed up a crazy idea that baseball could make a difference just a continent away, and the rest is history… It was only natural, and logical, to jump on a plane to Colombia with some loose plans but lots of heart and let the rest work itself out.

Our vision is to create fully funded and sustainable youth baseball leagues by training players, coaches, and umpires from the very same areas we hope to affect. All of our baseball activities are free of cost, but envision “charging” mandatory English classes for our players to be able to participate, to open up doors off the field, too. With lofty goals to provide educational opportunities for our players, we hope to at a minimum open access to a better job-market through our supplemental English program. Crazy, I know, right.

THE POWER OF SPORTS

Sports are a great teacher. They teach you how to win, and they teach you how to lose, events that will no doubt replicate in life. Being a part of team is such a valuable experience while growing up, and lessons learned on the field can often translate to real-life off it.

Our Core Values

Through the way we coach the game, we always focus on the person before the player.
